- Order Verification: Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping. We will notify you if any delays occur.
- Order Cut off Time: Orders placed after 11 - 12 am will be processed on the next business day.

3. Order Tracking

- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing the tracking number and a link to track your package.
- You can also track your order directly on our website by visiting the [Order Tracking Page] and entering your order number and email address.

4. Shipping Restrictions

- We currently ship to INDIA only If your location is not listed, please contact our customer service for assistance.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or any other military addresses.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

- sksonline is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
- If a package is refused due to high customs duties or taxes, the customer is responsible for any costs incurred.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

- sksonline is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided during checkout.
- If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at saikrishnastores80@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s).
